Windows defender and copy files to network disk

Hi all, 

 

i have a very strange problem, whe i copy multiple files from my windows 10 client to a network share on a netapp, the operation was interrupted by a generic network error.

If i copy a single file the operation is permitted.

I have Microsoft Endopint Manager installed and i manage the client and plus i have enabled ASR.

The network path is excluded from the exclusion and from the ASR exclusion.

It's possible that the antivirus can cause this issue ?

    You may run a small test and try to disable the Windows Defender and check if the problem persist?
    If yes, then it has nothing to do with the Windows Defender.
    You may check the Event Viewer to get some clue about the issue.
