Why did the service "Microsoft 系统信息" show in my activity and service data?

 Does anyone know why Microsoft would be using a service with mandarin Chinese for the title of its service If I am located in the USA? The phrase translates to system information (Msinfo32.exe) according to Co-pilot. I never set any language preferences to anything other than English, as it is the only language I speak. The only reason I can think of is due to my manufacturer being Lenovo.

Is it typical for services in foreign languages to show up in your app and service activity when looking at your Microsoft account online? Has anyone ever seen this on their account?
