Requested a Trial of Windows Defender ATP - not working after 4 hours?

Hi,   I have requested a Trial of Windows Defender ATP for a Tenant and it's not working after 4 hours? From what I can see this should spin up pretty quickly and be available in 30 mins or so?  ...
