Recover Deleted Account

Hello All,

I am attempting to recover a deleted profile because the customer requires access to their PST files that disappeared while being uploaded to OneDrive.

I have tried creating a restoration point but it errors out when attempting to delete files under the profile.

I am looking for ideas on ways to recover the deleted profile so the customer may have access to the lost PST files.
