Multiple devices unable to connect to Windows Update
I have now seen 8 devices that are unable to connect and download Windows Updates. They vary between Windows 10 and Windows 11 and all started in the past month. When trying to run updates I am given...

There is no AV/AM software running on it. The firewall is on in the default configurations. I disabled it completely and the same error is appearing.
I tried the clean boot and when checking Windows Update, it shows being up to date but as soon as I click Check, the error reappears.
One thing I find interesting is that if I view the Update History and then go to Uninstall Updates, I do see one update that says it was installed yesterday. Are updates running but just not appearing?

Open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.

- brianstoiber_lpiOct 04, 2023Copper ContributorI have actually tried the rest of these on some of the other devices as well with no luck. The only think I haven't done is reinstall Windows. Which I don't want to do. That seems like a cop-out.

Yes. This was happing with users remotely and when they were brought into our office, it was exhibiting the same behavior. Internally I have tested with both Wi-Fi and wired LANs.
