How can i remove mcafee from protection preference when i had uninstalled it
i got my new laptop around 2 days ago and it had mcafee installed when i signed in,it had expired plan and then i has having some troubles and uninstalled the whole mcafee software from apps settings. now when i try to enable the real time protection for windows defender it shows you are using other antivirus providers which i had uninstalled but is in the preference in the security setting. what should i do?

- Did McAfee got removed completely? Any leftover may cause this behavior. Some times a simple reboot will fix such issues. Did you try rebooting the system.
