Defender scanned file number + threats found report need for me

Hello,

After a defender scann we got this window:

I need to somehow save this report to show the customer the computer is virus free. The print screen is not an option. 

I found this: AFAIK those statistics are only available in the encoded database logs contained in "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Scans\History\Results"

How can I get this data??? transfer it to TXT ...
