    Hi KenTay,

     

    To create a non-admin Windows user Microsoft account, you can use the following workaround:

    1. Create a new local user account without administrator privileges.
    2. Remove the Microsoft account from the local Administrators group.
    3. Add the Microsoft account to the local Users group.

     

    Windows 11 Pro does not allow you to create a non-admin Microsoft account directly from the Settings app. However, you can use the workaround above to create a non-admin local user account and then add the Microsoft account to the local Users group.
