Bitlocker, not able to save to cloud

Hi there, 
i'm facing an issue, where i am not able to store/save the Bitlocker unlock key to the cloud.


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Device is Windows 10 Pro, AAD joined and up to date. Can't find a solution so far, any thoughts?

  • Hi, you can check which policies are being applied to your device that is causing this in your Office365 device management or Intune portal.

  • This isn't the dialog of where to save your recovery key. It is whether to have a PIN or a password. It appears this has been mandated by policy.
