i have a question which Windows 10 Version i have to use

The LTSB version of ConfigMgr is really intended only for customers that have chosen to no longer have Software Assurance on ConfigMgr. Otherwise, all customers should use ConfigMgr current branch regardless of the version of Windows 10 being managed.
- Michael NiehausWindows 10 Enterprise is recommended. The LTSB version is available as well, but is designed only for special-purpose devices. Windows 10 S is only available preinstalled on OEM machines.
I need your advise i working with heallth Enveroment i have around 5000 Computer so i have to use Windows 10 EE or Windows 10 LTSB
