Windows 10 UE-V synced settings don't always apply, DesktopSettings never apply.

Did you ever make progress on this? I'm experiencing identical issues, though not in VDI.

I am also seeing similar issues with 1909. 

 

It seems to save settings for one machine and I can see the profiles in the share but they dont seem to apply on the secondary machine.

    In a non persistent VDI environment it only works with syncprovider=none.

    UE-V has a mechanics of using %localappdata%\Micorosoft\UEV and settings might apply only after a 2nd login what never happens in non-persistent.

    Id like to see more on the feature. Its still included in Windows 10/Server 2019 but hardly any good documentation anywhere.
