Windows 10 Hybrid Join Device - First user login

Hello and greetings from Portugal!

In my environment with Windows 10 devices, the machines are Azure AD Hybrid Joined (and not MEM managed). 

I was wondering if it's possible for a user to connect to their home network and login for the first time on the machine (login against Azure AD and not the on premises AD).
