Updating Native Modern UI App in Air-gap environment

What is the recommended approach to manage/update Modern UI apps (e.g. Calculator, Photo Viewer) in an air-gap environment with no internet? Previously we were told to set up a set up internal store with azure federation? Honestly our organisation don't have much demand for the store now and setting up just to update a few default WIn 10 app don't make sense for us. Why not update through WSUS/SCCM for native modern UI app since Edge is already doing through this route?
