Too many restarts... why?

Dear fellow users, can anyone tell me why Windows needs to restart twice in a row allmost every two weeks? (Dell precision 5490, Windows 11 Education). My employer forced me to accept a Windows machine after my former laptop (Macbook) got out of order. Updating of the Mac was never a problem, allways succesfull updates in the background. With Windows it's quite the opposite. A simple switch between external screens seems to be prohibited before updating. Quite anoying when in class!

Is Microsoft suffering more from feature creep than other OS-es? (Feature Creep: the unstoppable urge of software devoloppers to stuff common software with countless features in order to "support" those who are desparately looking for that one little meaningless functionality that will hopefully make them more happy in life.)

It's a tech war. Bill Gates vs Steve Jobs.

There are too many cross-platform services and apps. Probably the Dell has some power surge issues and needs to be charged properly. Voltage is key!
