Margaret, for organizations with less than 300 users we just announced Microsoft 365 Business a couple of weeks ago. It includes Office 365, a simplified version of Intune and Windows Business. I think this is the best solution for your case. The management experience is fully integrated and simplified. More details here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/business
