Issues with Windows Taskbar

Has anyone experienced an issue where the taskbar in windows 11 would just not appear.  When I update the computers with the kb5029263 and kb508254 update, the windows 11 taskbar disappears. Restarting the explorer task doesn't do anything, even killing it and then restarting it through command prompt doesn't do anything. Has anyone else seen this problem before?
