Intune Policies vs Group Policy Management Console

If I enable Configure Automatic Updates administrative template so computers update at a specified day/time. Will that also apply to updates pushed through Intune? If an update that's pushed out through Intune requires the computer be restarted. Will this group policy force restart the computer at the specified day/time even though the update was pushed through Intune? This isn't a hybrid AD environment, but the computers are enrolled in Intune.
