DSAC breaks on WIndows clients when Powershell transcription is turned on via GPO

I am setting up event log forwarding for all clients and turned on Powershell transcription and Powershell logging. When transcription is turned on, DSAC cannot find a domain controller. When is disable the setting, DSAC works. I figure this is a bug and wanted to see if anyone knew of this issue and if there is a fix?
