Content Advisor GPO Settings

How do you set Content Advisor settings in IE11 (URLs / etc) via GPO?  When using User Prefs, the Content Advisor Settings and Enable buttons are greyed out.  Admin Templates only have settings to be able to see or  hide the Content Advisor portion of IE settings.

I dont want to just show / hide the Content Advisor, I'd like to set some things up within it using GPOs...how is this done?
