Windows Server 2019/ iSCSI and diskless Win 10

Hello,

I am new to this.

How do I set up an iSCSI boot that'll store the master image, so diskless PC will boot from that image over lan? 

I found this article https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/windows/it-pro/windows-server-2012-R2-and-2012/hh848273(v=ws.11) however it is very broad.

Do I need to set up a hyper V or use WDS or MDT to push the image?
