Windows 10 Enterprise BSOD - Inaccessible Boot Device - Across network

Recently as last month and this month have multiple Windows 10 system getting locked up and customer reported after rebooting system they are getting BSOD. This is a enterprise wide issue across multiple Windows 10 systems and in different geo-graphical locations. Researching several causes, but systematically everything was healthy until recently.
