Upgrade win 10 entreprise evaluation copy to fully copy

Hello,

 

I've deployed many machines using the evaluation copy of Windows 10 Entreprise. After months our company activated for us a ME3 licenses could you please share with us how we proceed to activate this machines.

    I've done this on servers several times, haven't tried Windows 10, but it should work the same.
    The command would look like: DISM /online /Set-Edition:Enterprise /ProductKey:XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX /AcceptEula

      in my situation I don't have a productKey just a confirmation from the company that the ME3 licenses were enabled and linked with our AD account.

        Try using the KMS key: NW6C2-QMPVW-D7KKK-3GKT6-VCFB2

         

        Then once you're off the EVAL Edition, you should be able to activate using your E3 license via AD Account
