I created a group policy preference for the Computer
Preferences>Windows Settings > Folders > and delete
C:\Windows\SystemApps\ContactSupport_cw5n1h2txyewy
C:\Windows\SystemApps\Microsoft.Windows.Cortana_cw5n1h2txyewy
C:\Windows\SystemApps\Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_cw5n1h2txyewy
etc....
