Prevent AppxProvisionedPackages from coming back

Are we still on track for the Fall Creators Update to finally stop reinstalling AppxProvisionedPackages that we administratively removed?

 

I'd really like to start using the Upgrade updates instead of having to deploy with an upgrade task sequence so I can re-run a script after installation to remove those apps.

    You should see this working with current Insider Preview builds too (e.g. remove provisioned apps from Windows 10 1703, upgrade to the latest Insider build).
