MDT Failed to upgrade existing WIN 11 21H2/22H2 to 23H2

I tried to upgrade existing PC configured with WIN11 21H2 or 22H2 to 23H2 without good luck.    Error code 0x80004005.   Can anyone Tell me what the error means and how i can fix it?     ...
