Hi, before GA we raised a support ticket as we could not see any reporting for Autopatch. We were told this was because it was in Preview and at GA would appear under MEM -> Reports - Autppatch
Now it is in GA, we still can't see reporting under MEM -> Reports for Autopatch
Autopatch just doesn't exist in there.

MikeC45 I was concerned about the same lack of reports & emails and opened a support case last week. The support engineer said that in order to receive Autopatch notifications, we must go into the Message Center / Preferences / Email tab and subscribe to notifications for the Microsoft 365 Suite. I complained that this is not what the docs say at all and asked the technician if they could be updated/clarified but I have not heard back in a few days.
We didn't discuss the actual compliance reports, but I found a blurb somewhere in the docs that say "Update Compliance" is supported by AutoPatch. So I am presuming that we will have to gather the compliance reports ourselves using Update Compliance, which again is not ideal for a solution that MS is supposed to be fully managing. I would expect to see status emails about when patching is starting, and a summary of what the compliance is when it is complete.
To get more visibility into this issue/request you may want to post a new topic to this forum and/or also open a support case. Please keep us posted on what they tell you because communication of how the patching is going is very important!

egoodman Hi egoodman, when I raised my case (back in June), the MS tech shared a screenshot of what it *should* look like in the Reports section of MEM (attached)
I have gone back to him since GA so will update here if I get a reply.
Cheers
- egoodmanJul 21, 2022Brass ContributorMikeC45 I have seen some Twitter posts that the report from your screenshot is available now. And I did confirm that I saw it in my tenant. It's still obviously not going to be automated via email, but it looked pretty decent
- MikeC45Jul 22, 2022Copper ContributorIt wasn't there yesterday, but when I checked this morning it's now showing 🙂
Automated e-mails would be handy for our ticketing system, but at least we now have some visibility in to patching status. Getting there ....
