Update sub status No Heartbeat

    Chris_Tulip We found that automatic updates were not enabled on those computers, so we pushed out the below poweshell on the problem computers to fix the issue.

    Set-ItemProperty HKLM:\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate\AU -Name NoAutoUpdate -Value 0

lancehietpas Hi there!

 

No heartbeat status usually occurs when the update was offered but the device does not have enough space or it hasn't contacted the service.

Anyway, we recommend you to check one of the devices (locally would be efficient), if it's online, if it has enough space to install the update + perform a sync on the device.

 

If this still doesn't help, we recommend you to raise a case with the Autopatch team.
