Microsoft's Approach to Fixing Broken Patches: New KB Releases vs. Updates to Existing KBs
We have disabled this KB in our patching because it is broken. (KB5034441)
I'm checking the status of the patch https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/release-health/status-windows-10-22h2
to see if we can enable the patch again.
Does Microsoft release a new KB number to fix a broken patch, or does it simply update the details/code of the existing KB and then release it to the public?
