MicrosoftThe only place in Viva Sales where we allow users to log in to their CRM is Outlook today, so the answer to your question is "Yes". However, we are actively working on a feature to allow users to log in to their CRM from Teams, which will ship later this summer.

Rewording my question: Can Viva Sales be used as a standalone App within Teams?
Ideal state is to use Viva Sales in Teams without ever having to think about Outlook or CRM.
