sales copilot saleforce integration queries
Our client would like to use co-pilot for sales and plugin to Salesforce. They have asked the following:
- Can the integration access all Salesforce data, or can you do field level sync?
- Does Microsoft get access to the data via co-pilot or is everything encrypted even from Microsoft?
- Is any data stored by Microsoft or is it wiped after each query?

Please refer to the documentation on Copilot for Sales architecture for detailed information on how data is handled: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-sales-copilot/architecture
1. You can configure which Salesforce data is relevant for Copilot for Sales. The copilot will access only the relevant information. And access is always performed 'on behalf of' the logged in user. So, if a user does not have access to certain data in Salesforce, they wont be able to access that through Copilot for Sales either.
2, 3. Please refer to the architecture document. , Sales Copilot never copies any of your organization’s data or end-user data outside the boundaries of your tenant
