Sales Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot licensing

I work for an organisation of 2,000 employees, of which 500 are aligned to sales (in one way or another) 

If we Purchased 500 seats of https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/ai/microsoft-sales-copilot,   ($40 /user /month) and 1,500 seats of https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/microsoft-365-ai ($30 /user /month) would Sales Copilot users also have the standard Copilot experience  as well??

If not, whats going to be missing?

(we're an SFDC house so won't move to Dynamics 365)
