      AllenMathias, I haven't been able to get past the issue. I've rebuilt the PC with a clean Windows11 image installed office, yet Viva Sales still won't load.


      *Update*
      After much troubleshooting I have narrowed the issue down to Windows Information Protection (WIP). The Viva Sales Outlook Add-in loads until I add my account into MDM. The machine is a personal machine and is subject to WIP without enrolment policies. Once the machine is under WIP the Outlook Plugin breaks. Removing the account from MDM resolves the issue and the plugin returns to a working state.

    We have seen this be a intermittent issue till now. If you are seeing it consistently can you help us by sharing your network logs (chrome->f12->network tab; open the admin; export the logs and DM them to me). Would appreciate your help.
