Copilot for Sales configuration error with Outlook
Are you "Authenticated" and do you have the correct Role based entitlement to append an activity to the correct record?
Is the service account that copilot is using setup correctly with the correct licensing and Role Based Entitlements?
Anne_Stanton Thanks for the reply. It was a "module" that I needed to add and have the Exchange administrator approve. I am all set now!

Hi Scottler,
I am getting the same error. I have approved, test and enabled the mailbox in Dynamics.
What "module" had to be added? Did the Exchange Admin approve the mailbox or adding the module.

Sounds like it is solved. I had to go to MSX permissions --> Open the MSX User Provisioning link, Create new Ticket and check MSX Dynamics 365 App for Outlook and then proceed to answer and submit.

Sometimes just asking for help gets you the answer. I had been having this problem for weeks and kept coming back to the solution of approve, test and enable the mailbox.
Turns out it was having copilot for sales select the correct environment
