Connecting to Salesforce CRM Sandbox

We are able to connect to our Salesforce CRM production environment using SSO. We have not been able to connect to our CRM sandbox, though. Is Salesforce CRM sandbox connection supported? If so, do...

RezaAssadi We did. It takes us to a sign on page for our sandbox environment. When we choose production it signs in through our IDP.

This is actually the expected behavior from our end. We haven't seen it sign in without the extra step to explicitly sign in to Salesforce. Are you able to log in and use Viva Sales once you are on the sign-in page?
