Viva Pulse Data
I understand that Viva Pulse is underpinned by Microsoft Forms, but where is the data stored? Microsoft Forms stores data in a user's Exchange mailbox, is this the same for Pulse surveys?
Hi, thank you for reaching out! We do store data about all our active Pulse requests and any that closed with a report generated in Forms. In case the tenant decides to purge data, that will purge Pulse data stored in Forms as well. However, the aggregated report data will not be impacted as it is currently stored in Pulse Azure Cosmos DB indefinitely. With regards to this, we are looking into implementing data retention that is configurable by the customer.
