Hi, thank you for reaching out! I have one clarification question, when you mention Employee Reviews, are you referring to Annual Engagement Surveys?
Glint and Pulse are tools that are complementary to each other. Once managers receive their Glint results, Pulse provides managers the opportunity to: (1) Gather a timely understanding of the team’s progress to-date in addressing key focus areas, (2) Make mid-point adjustments, if needed, and (3) Maintain momentum in their efforts to improve engagement and employee experience.
