Do you have any tips/info on choosing authoring tool to create new trainings and then integrate with Viva learning?

I'm a client interested in creating materials and hosting them in our tenant to share with employees via Viva Learning.
Hi Evgenia is the intent to create materials for internal Microsoft employees, or is this a client interested in creating materials and hosting them on SharePoint in their own tenant?
