Urgent: Project is launching soon (test survey tomorrow morning) - Issue with set up

Hi,

We require external benchmarks and slight edits to the questions for this client. I also understand from the Glint’s webpage, we should “Edit the standard item without creating a copy to retain the benchmark.”

As such, I edited directly on the question. However, the problem now is that the question is now classified as a “custom question” (i.e., no benchmarks) and the “Glint standard” recommend question could no longer be found on the set-up page.

Please advise how can we get back the benchmark

(I have also sent an email to the helpdesk but this is really urgent and we need the help we can get ASAP)

  • Hello Jing_Ying_Choon,

As long as the question you edited had a benchmark, it will continue to have a benchmark.  The "custom" label just indicates that you edited the question, however the benchmark will still be retained.  In your test survey, you should see the benchmark associated to your edited question.  If you can share the question that you edited, I am happy to confirm that a benchmark is available.

alanderfield Thanks for this. However it looks like the benchmark tags are gone- can you advise if the benchmarks are still retained in such cases?

Hello Jing_Ying_Choon, yes, as you noticed in your preview the benchmarks will maintain, even though on the question library the tag is removed when a standard question is edited.  This is functionality that we are reviewing to help avoid confusion.
