We suggest using an Excel file rather than a .csv if this occurs.
Please review the and remind the names of the attributes to be sure they match exactly what is in the schema. Keep in mind the system is case and space sensitive.

MicrosoftHi Emma, You can upload files in both formats. There may be a problem with the file, for example: formulas, or extra tabs, or maybe it is not in the correct Excel format. I suggest copying the file into a new excel file to try that.
