Thanks ive reviewed the status column multiple times and retyped etc to ensure no spaces or typos.
Can you switch to XLSX file after uploading via CSV? I get the error "File is in an unexpected format. Expecting xlsx file format. Check to see if the file passed is a xlsx file with no formulas and no additional sheets" and even though it is a XLSX file with solely text format and no extra sheets.
