Translating scoring into results

How is the scoring from 1 to 5 "translated" into results (e.g. like 72)?

Hello stefaniezepf,

 

Glint converts items from the 5pt scale to a 100pt scale using the below conversions.  After conversion, the aggregate scores will be shared on the 100pt scale on our dashboard.  Let me know if you need additional clarity.

 

Glint Scoring Conversion to 100pt Scale:

  • 5 (Strongly Agree) = 100
  • 4 (Agree) = 75
  • 3 (Neutral) = 50
  • 2 (Disagree) = 25
  • 1(Strongly Disagree) = 0
