Result evaluation

Hello,
Viva Glint does have an alerts report that will show "Company Admins" statistically significant patterns, outliers, and deviations from the scores in survey data and surfaces populations or demographic groups that have. The default derivation is set to 8pts above or below the company comparison or external benchmark for specific populations. The derivation value can be customized.

The "Alerts" report is available under the "reports" section of the dashboard and is only available for "Company Admins". Once the alerts report is setup, alerts will also appear for individual users (non-company admins) on the dashboard. A "bell" icon will appear for scores that fall within the derivation value that is established.
