PS - concise explanation of difference between culture and engagement surveys

Hi pablo_borgespatel, I've attached Glint's POV paper on culture which should be helpful in explaining how we think about culture and measuring it. It's on Glint's old branding but the info is still valid. You'll also note the the Culture elements are slightly different from our standard PS elements which encompass employee happiness/engagement. You can also take a look at our culture specific survey items in the Glint taxonomy which you can find in this blogpost. Just download the taxonomy and filter column H (Programs) for "Culture".
