Program flexibility on DL and dates

1. "is it possible to choose to show a question of the data only to a one or more of the distribution lists selected by the "Targeting" feature? If yes, it is possible to do it whenever during the program lifecycle or only when it is created?" 
   1. Yes, you are able to utilize question targeting to present specific questions to a specific DL.   You can change the question targeting for each survey cycle within a survey program.  The question targeting will be locked down for the individual cycle once the survey has launched.

2. "can be the distribution lists added to the program be targeted in different dates? For example: I add two DL (DL-A, DL-B). I want that the employees from DL-A receive the survey on october, while the employees from DL-B should receive the survey in december"
   1. Yes, but this would need to be setup for each survey cycle manually.  The October survey cycle could have one set of targeting and then before the December cycle you would need to manually adjust the targeting to meet the needs of the December survey.
