Phased access to results

With the phased access, the survey results are available when the program is completed.   However: - Is there an automatic announcement to managers when the survey is completed and the results are...

Thanks alanderfield .

 

However, if the survey is completed at the first of april, live and phased access will be basically the same after that date. Am I right? If not, which is the difference?

Hello TSerratore 

 

  • Live Access: indicates that the users in the user role have live access to the most recent survey results.
  • Phased Access: indicates that users in the user role will have access to any previous survey cycles, however will be unable to see the most recent survey results.
    • In your example, they would not see the "April" survey results, however would be able to see any previous survey cycles (before the Apil survey)
