Mar 12, 2024Hello TSerratore,
You are able to automate when the results notification email goes out, however you are not able to automate when a user role is granted "live" access to a site. In your example, a company admin would need to manually grant "live" access to the specific users roles on the 15th. If user roles are in phased access, you can manually grant live access to those user roles at one time. I hope this helps and I have shared a few documents that walk through this process as well.

Thanks alanderfield .
However, if the survey is completed at the first of april, live and phased access will be basically the same after that date. Am I right? If not, which is the difference?

Hello TSerratore
- Live Access: indicates that the users in the user role have live access to the most recent survey results.
- Phased Access: indicates that users in the user role will have access to any previous survey cycles, however will be unable to see the most recent survey results.
- In your example, they would not see the "April" survey results, however would be able to see any previous survey cycles (before the Apil survey)
