Phased access to results
TSerratore Hello, phased access will need to be manually toggled to "live" access at the point in time the customer wants live access for each user role. You can do update all user roles, from phased to live access at one time, if they choose to not segment it out.
There is not an automatic announcement that lets the company admin know when a survey closes, however they are able to automate the results email from Glint. The company admin is able to determine the date that the results notification is sent to all end-users. Please note that the results communication will go out to all end-users at one time and if the customer wants to segment the timing of results being released, they will need to send internal communications. For this reason, we typically see customers turn off the results notification and send out internal communications as an alternative. The following link walks through this process: Communications setup in Program Summary | Microsoft Learn.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

Hello, you are correct, if a user is in a user role that has access to see results, they will be able to see results as soon as access for their user role is granted to the specific survey program. The results notification does not grant access, and is only used as a communication method. Let me know if you have further questions.- TSerratoreMar 12, 2024Copper ContributorHello, I come back to this thread to ask for a confirmation: admin can choose a date or a number of days after when the results will be visible to the managers?
Here the real-case scenario: I set a phased access for my manager. The survey is completed at the first of april but I want to make the result available at the 15th of april.
Is it something we can achieve in some way?- alanderfieldMar 12, 2024

Hello TSerratore,
You are able to automate when the results notification email goes out, however you are not able to automate when a user role is granted "live" access to a site. In your example, a company admin would need to manually grant "live" access to the specific users roles on the 15th. If user roles are in phased access, you can manually grant live access to those user roles at one time. I hope this helps and I have shared a few documents that walk through this process as well.
