Importing 2 batches of historical import
Hello Jing_Ying_Choon,
You should be able to complete two separate imports. If they are for two separate survey cycles, you can follow the steps below (starting at step 7) for each import. Let me know if you experience specific issues while trying to load the two separate files. Following the steps below, I would complete the process for one import before completing the same process for the next import.

Thanks for the reply! Glad that we can repeat the steps for the import. Could you help me understand how does the system know that it belongs to 2 separate import and will not overwrite the previous import? i.e., is there any part of the upload where we can indicate which year's trend data does each upload belongs to?
This is my first time working this out so really appreciate the guidance. Thanks again!

Hello Jing_Ying_Choon, as part of the historical import process you will import a file that is specific to a certain survey cycle. You will select the specific cycle as part of the historical import process. This will ensure the data you are uploading is only for the specified cycle. I am happy to discuss on an upcoming office hours if you are able to attend.?

I do have another question on the possibility of having different generic survey link of different lanugages- I have put up another thread. Please do take a look, thanks again!
