Historical data import while migrating from another tool
Hi Everyone,
We have received a customer question regarding to historical data import while migrating from another tool, is there any way to integrate historical data with Viva Glint?
And one additional question survey and email content are supported in 70 languages, but is language support is also available for comment reporting?

EcemOksay Historical data imports are available (called external imports in Viva Glint). The documentation for this functionality is in final stages and will be available soon. I'll share here when it is.
Comment translations are available in the 70 languages as well. You can learn more about the Comments report here.

Keep in mind this can be a complex, time consuming process, and there is not currently a way to reverse an external import if an error is made. It should only be undertaken by high trained users of Viva Glint. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/glint/setup/import-historical-response-data
