Generic survey link

Hey there, understand that employees with unique links will be able to continue where they drop off by visiting back to the same link.

 

in the case of users who uses generic user links, will they be able to continue where they drop off by logging in to the same credentials? Thanks

    Yes, they will be. The generic login is a way to match the user to their record on the backend database. So when they enter their credentials, it's recording their responses to their own employee record. Meaning, if they leave and come back via the generic link (with their credentials) or even via a personalized email link, either way, it takes them back to their own individual survey.
